What makes stansa.ai different from AIs like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude?
Stansa.ai is similar to other assistants but does not restrict users in how they use the product. We believe that technology should be in the hands of users, not large corporations.
Are there any restrictions on using stansa.ai?
While stansa.ai strongly values freedom of use, any activities that violate U.S. or your local laws are strictly prohibited and may result in an account ban. Please review our Terms of Service for a full list of prohibited activities.
What technology does stansa.ai use?
Stansa.ai offers a rotating selection of highly performant models ranging from 104B to 1.8T parameters. We try to stay on the edge of innovation, so as AI technology improves, so will our models. Keep an eye on our Discord for new model releases.
Is my data safe with stansa.ai?
Stansa.ai only keeps data that is necessary for the service to function. All data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for a full list of information we collect.

How can I cancel my subscription?
From the chat page, click on your name in the bottom left and select Settings → Edit Subscription. From here you can edit, cancel, or update your subscription.
Can I use stansa.ai outputs commercially?
Absolutely! You're free to use and monetize content created with stansa.ai for commercial purposes. We only ask that you credit stansa.ai as the source. If you're a content creator interested in partnerships, please reach out!
What languages does stansa.ai support?
Stansa.ai supports most languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.

My chatbot is spewing nonsense or using weird language.
Make sure your Advanced Settings are set to default. Modified settings are the most common reason for this. You may also try starting a new chat. If resetting to defaults and starting a new chat doesn't solve your problem, you can try reporting the problem via Discord or email.
I want to change my email address.
We do not currently support changing your email address. Please create a new account with the desired email address.
I forgot my login info and I want to cancel my subscription.

What is the prompt prefix?
The prompt prefix is inserted every time you send a message. You can use it to store info you want the AI to always remember, such as rules, writing style, memories, etc.
What is stansa.ai's refund policy?
If you forgot to cancel your subscription, we offer a 30-day grace period. Provided you have no chat activity during that period, we will provide you with a full refund.
I got a credit card charge from stansa.ai that I don't recognize.
